Right Hand Cocktail

For National Rum Day, I decided to share the recipe to one of my favorite Negroni variations out there. It was created back in 2008, by star bartender @attaboy_mcilroy, one of the co-owners of the legendary @attaboy134 in NYC. The drink is perfect for when you want something boozy and stirred with just a touch of dark chocolate bitterness.

RIGHT HAND COCKTAIL
1.5oz Aged Rum
.75oz Campari
.75oz Sweet Vermouth
2 dashes Chocolate Bitters

METHOD: Stir
GLASSWARE: Coupe
GARNISH: Orange Twist
