Sparkling & Bitter: Lady Stoneheart

This is a bubbly recipe that riffs on the classic Champagne Cocktail, but with a little bit of bittersweet vermouth & plenty of bitters, so its great for those of you that generally take your cocktails boozy & stirred.

LADY STONEHEART
.5oz Punt e Mes
1 teaspoon (1/6oz) Simple Syrup
4 dashes Angostura Bitters

METHOD: Build in Glass & Top w/ Sparkling Wine
GLASSWARE: Coupe
GARNISH: Orange Twist
