Amaro & Whiskey Winter Nog

With winter in full swing, we wanted to share with you one of our favorite seasonal cocktails to help keep us in high spirits. This drink unites Irish Whiskey with a little bit of bittersweet Italian amaro & the unmistakable taste of creamy maple. Just like its name implies, it is the perfect palate closer or nightcap to help bring the evening to a close. But if you choose to have one earlier, its not like we are going to stop you ;-)

IRISH GOOD-BYE 
1oz Irish Whiskey
1oz Amaro
.5oz Maple
1 Cream
1 Whole Egg

METHOD: Dry Shake & Shake
GLASSWARE: Coupe
GARNISH: Grated Cinnamon
