Market Cocktails: The Bitter Bramble

Bartender At Large - Covid Home Edition-271.jpg

We wanted to bring you another recipe from the vault in a series that we have been calling Market Cocktails. The idea behind the Market Cocktail is that we are sharing delicious and inventive cocktails that can be made using only ingredients that you can find at your local grocery store, bottleshop or bodega. This is meant to not only highlight the plethora of creative drinks that can made with the simplest of items, but also to make it easier for those of us that are stuck at home or trying to keep things on a budget. This one here is called the Bitter Bramble and as the name implies, it is bittersweet riff on the world famous classic created by Dick Bradsell in 1984. The drink strikes the delicate balance between fruity & refreshing, while still maintaining a dry & complex finish. We hope you enjoy this one & if you want more like this one, be sure to follow them for more recipes.
