Bitter & Tropical: Tourist Trap

This drink is a fun & playful riff on the Jungle Bird, one of my favorite tiki drinks out there. For this recipe however, we opt for lighter summer flavors and the result is a delicious variation that tastes drastically different than original, while only having a few subtle changes.

TOURIST TRAP
1.5oz White Rum
.5oz Lemon
1.5oz Pineapple
.75oz Aveze
.5oz Simple Syrup

METHOD: Shake
GLASSWARE: Collins 
GARNISH: Pineapple Leaf & Lemon Wheel
