This is a fun riff on the oft-forgotten classic cocktail, the Pisco Punch. While it is widely-known in San Francisco --where it was originally created during the 1800s at the seminal cocktail bar, the Bank Exchange-- it usually takes a backseat to its more famous cocktail cousin, the Pisco Sour. While the original Pisco Punch is traditionally a mixture of Pisco, Pineapple, Citrus & Spice, for this version we decided to sub orange juice in place of pineapple, and add some Jamaican Rum for just a little taste of funk 🌴☀️🍹🌊😎
