Its National Whiskey Sour Day, so to celebrate we are having a Whiskey Sour using whiskey made by our good buddy @RyanMaybee and his team at J. Reigerco in Kansas City. While there are many versions of the recipe out there, we prefer the drink with the addition of egg white & bitters, which you will find in many of today’s top bars.

WHISKEY SOUR
2oz Whiskey
.75oz Lemon
.75oz Simple
Egg White

METHOD: Dry Shake w/o Ice & Then Shake w/ Ice
GLASSWARE: Coupe 
GARNISH: Angostura Bitters & Lemon Twist
