Tropical & Creamy: Reef Weasel

Since the summer is coming up on us fast, we wanted to hit ya’ll with a warm weather cocktail that is packing the heat with a full dose of Mezcal. This is one that we are particularly proud of as it takes flavors that everyone is familiar with, but presents them in an interesting format: creamy, but not cloying & smoky, yet still approachable.

REEF WEASEL
2oz Mezcal
.75oz Lime
1.5oz Pineapple
.75oz Honey Syrup
.75oz Heavy Cream

METHOD: Pebbles or Crushed Ice
GLASSWARE: Tiki Mug or Hurricane
GARNISH: Pineapple Leaves & 3 Cherries
