Saint Patrick's Day Cocktail: Dublin Iced Coffee

If you get sick of green beer this St Patrick’s Day & decide to enjoy a proper cocktail instead, then may we suggest the Dublin Iced Coffee. This recipe here is a riff on the Irish Coffee, but tweaked with just a bit of stout. Plus, it combines three of my favorite things: whiskey, coffee & beer. So, what’s not to love?

DUBLIN ICED COFFEE
1.5oz Irish Whiskey
2oz Stout (such as Guinness Draught Stout)
2oz Cold-Brew Coffee
.75oz Simple Syrup

METHOD: Build in Glass & Briefly Stir
GLASSWARE: Collins
GARNISH: Grated Cinnamon & Float of Cream
