Using Grasshoppers as Cocktail Garnish?!?

Insects might be a good form of protein, but did you know that they are great for garnishing cocktails too? Here is mezcal recipe I came up with that is perfect for those of you that like your drinks savory and aromatic. Not sure if the drink is vegan though.

Loaded Pistol
1.5oz Mezcal
.75oz Sweet Vermouth
.5oz Strega  
1 Dash Grapefruit Bitters

METHOD: Stir
GLASSWARE: Double Old-Fashioned
GARNISH: *Grasshopper Salt

*Feel free to sub sea salt if you get squeamish
