Since today is National Irish Coffee Day, we thought that we would share with you one of the tastiest Irish Coffees that we have ever encountered on our travels. Although, it was originally created by chef Joe Sheridan, of Ireland, in 1944. It eventually made its way around the world and into the canon of classic cocktails. This one right here is the version made by Jonathan Homier of the Four Seasons in Montréal, and he was kind enough to share the recipe with us, so that we could in turn share it with you. Slainte!
